Warranty and Installation

We understand that once in a while products like this have manufacturing defects, which is why we offer a limited warranty.

We work closely with our manufacturers to create pieces that are made to stand the test of time. We’re confident in the quality of our product.

This Product comes with 3 years limited warranty, It includes 3years warranty on seat and 1 year on all other parts. Replacement of dedicated parts will be given in case of broken/damaged/non-functioning chair. In case of manufacturing defects or damages, Order will only be eligible for replacement of parts and are not eligible for any refund. Warranty will not be applicable for the damage caused due to wear and tear, physical damage or peeling/fade of upholstery material..

Please note this means that the warranty does not cover any lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party. Also, products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size and therefore, not covered under warranty for these aspects.
