Usally most of the pin-codes of PAN India are serviceable as we use leading logistic partners to deliver your order.
In case if the pincode used by you is not serviceable we may contact you to assist you further in this case.
Once the order is processed and is ready to ship you will recieve the order confirmation messgae and tracking details from your order manager.
You can also track your order from the tracking page available on our website by entering the required details.

We dispatch the orders within 24 hours on normal working days.
Usually it takes 2 to 5 days to deliver your order, in some cases if the order is from odd location and outskirts it might take extra 2 to 3 days to deliver the order.

In case my order is delayed, how to escalate it ?
If your order is delayed and passed estimated date of delivery we can request customer to be patient and allow one more day to logistics partner to deliver your order.
In a very rare case if your order is extremely delayed you can raise a issue with your order manager or connect us on our helpline number.
Cash on delivery has been temporarily suspended for all of our orders due to covid precautionary measures and to help our customers to save more on prepaid offers by providing discounts and offers.
What If I don't have any online payment methods ?
One can easily get help form their family or friends for making online payments but if that too is also not available in that case taking as an exception we may share bank account details to make the payment for your order. For any further queires you can connect us on our helpline number.

Customers can avail discounts and offers during limited time deal hours or by applying coupon codes which are live on website.
One can get bupmer discounts during festive season offers.

This might be a very rare scenario due to some technical issues because all our paymenst are carried through secured payment methods.
In such case one can connect with our customer support on our helpline number and our executive will do needful for you.
Returns - Refunds & Replacements
Return request can be placed within 10 days of the product delivery date by contacting your order manager or our helpline numebr. Once the return request is approved we shall connect with the customer and ask for the confirmation of re-packaging of the product. The product must be dismanteled by the customer and returned back in the original condition and packaging.
Return pickup will be attamepted within 2-4 working days, once the product is rerturned back at our warehouse and is inspected by our team we will initiate refund for it.
Return charges has to be borne by the customer itself for any reason requested beyond the reason mentioned below in replacement part.
Amount from the refund may be deducted if we found that product is not up to the state and in original condition.
All orders can be cancelled until they aren't shipped and processed. If your has been successfully placed and amount has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After the order is processed there are no chances of cancelations, modification, color change or product change.
If the item is refused at the time of delivery, there will be a deduction of to and fro freight charges before initiating the refund for the order.
We may offer replacment/compensation on the products that are defective or damaged during transit.
Defects/damages with the product should be reported within 48 hours of product delivery. If the issue is reported, we will contact you and ask for the images and videos that clearly shows defect/damage and help us to investigate the issue and come up with a final resolution.
If there is issue with the product after it's usage and wants to claim the warranty one can connect with order manager assigned or on our helpline number.
