A product purchased on beAAtho is eligible for parts replacement or return (in eligible case) ,if it fulfils any of the following conditions:

a) Product delivered is different from what was ordered.
b) Product was received in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when package was opened.
c) The product or parts of the product or accessories that were described on the website as “In the Box” was missing.

Any product noticed as "Received in Physically Damaged Condition or Damage upon Delivery" has to be reported within 72 hours of product delivery, with valid images/video evidence of damage, to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after return or replacement period will not be accepted

 

beAAtho reserves the right to resolve any return request for In transit damaged part(s) / missing item(s) / wrong item delivered by sending a replacement of the affected part(s) within a stipulated time, free of cost. In case the part is not available, Return and full refund will be initiated.




Order cancelation:

 All orders can be cancelled until they aren't shipped and processed. If your order has been successfully placed and the amount has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours by filling the form. All orders are processed within  1-2 business days. After the order is processed there are no chances of cancelations, modification, color change or product change.

If the item is refused at the time of delivery, there will be a deduction of to and fro freight charges before initiating the refund for the order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the digital order receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have signs of wear and tear, a refund would not be provided.

You will get a confirmation email from our representative for a free return pickup of the product. Please note that a return pickup will be initiated by our delivery partner twice.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

The entire process from the product(s) being picked up, returned to our warehouse and the refund being credited takes around 7-15 business days.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and acknowledge the receipt of your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your chosen mode of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer or bank's policies.

Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the refunded amount to be shown in your bank account.

beAAtho Warranty Policy

At beAAtho, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales support. This Limited Warranty outlines the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • The product is covered under a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Seat Mechanism and Structural Components: Covered for up to 3 years against manufacturing defects.

  • Gas Lift, Armrests, Base, Castors, and Other Components: Covered for up to 1 year against manufacturing defects.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Failure of functional components under normal residential or commercial use.

  • Replacement of defective parts found to be faulty due to manufacturing issues.

Warranty Resolution

  • If a defect is confirmed under warranty, beAAtho will provide replacement parts for the affected component.

  • The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only.

  • No cash refund, product exchange, or compensation shall be provided under this warranty policy.

Shipping & Service Charges

  • Under this warranty policy, eligible replacement parts will be provided free of cost upon approval of the warranty claim.

  • Customers may be required to pay nominal charges towards shipping, logistics, processing, installation, labor, or other service-related expenses, depending on the nature of the claim and service location.

  • The applicable charges, if any, will be communicated to the customer prior to processing the warranty request.

  • Warranty coverage is limited to the replacement of defective parts only and does not include free on-site service, assembly/disassembly charges, technician visits, or transportation costs unless expressly stated otherwise by beAAtho.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper assembly, modification, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling.

  • Physical damage, scratches, dents, cuts, burns, stains, impact damage, or damage caused during relocation.

  • Upholstery-related issues including fading, discoloration, peeling, cracking, tearing, stretching, or deterioration arising from regular use, environmental conditions, or improper maintenance.

  • Damage caused by exposure to excessive sunlight, moisture, water, chemicals, corrosive substances, or extreme temperatures.

  • Commercial misuse or use of the product beyond its intended purpose.

  • Issues arising from improper storage, accidental damage, pets, or natural disasters.

Claim Process

  • Customers must provide the original order details and clear photographs or videos showing the reported issue.

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the beAAtho support team.

  • Replacement parts will be dispatched only after verification and approval of the warranty claim.

  • beAAtho reserves the right to request additional information or evidence to assess the claim.

General Conditions

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Any replacement part supplied under warranty shall continue to be covered only for the remaining warranty period of the original product.

  • beAAtho reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide an equivalent component based on product availability.

  • beAAtho's decision regarding warranty eligibility and resolution shall be final.

Limitation of Liability

  • This warranty covers replacement of defective parts only.

  • beAAtho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

  • The warranty does not cover product returns, refunds, installation charges, transportation costs, loss of business, loss of profits, or any other associated expenses unless required under applicable law.

Note: By purchasing and using the product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty policy.
